I want to raise high the roof beams in our search for the mystical understanding of life's simple experiences," says artist teZa Lord.

Lord attended the museum of Fine Arts in Boston and was a botanical illustrator at Harvard University, Cambridge, Massachusetts. Her paintings and sculptures have been featured in numerous juried, group, and solo exhibitions in New Orleans, Santa Fe, New York City and Monterrey.

Lord's works are on display in numerous public and corporate collections including Carnegie-Mellon Institute, Harvard University, and the Brown Forum Corporation.
Her current work seeks the stillness within, in 2 and 3 dimensions. Lord says, "I want to help people climb their own mountains by sharing the route I took, the sights I saw, the emotions I felt, and the insights I have discovered along the way."
