Move on dot borg

Keeping things fresh and always new. The mind always open. The body always flexible and healthy. The soul satisfied, or working towards that. If we find ourselves in a stagnation of some sort — it’s time to make some motion, some movement, a note of improvement. This kind of “self inquiry” keeps us supple, content and most of all, interested. If we’re not enthusiastic about our own life, that’s a good sign something’s out of whack, out of balance. Good time to start breathing from the belly, counting slowly to 5 for the in-breath, and likewise a slow count of 5 for out-breath. Calm the mind through breath. Calm mind, happy life. No matter what circumstances life deals us.
